The Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM) pre-approved 15.00 hours under the Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) for attendance by Certified Records Managers (CRMs) at the full/complete 2011 ARMA Canada Conference. The CMP approval code will be printed on the certificate of attendance which will be distributed at the conference.
