Im a Campusdirect user and I can find my incomplete courses in MyAccount. Were they transferred to the learning management system?
Every Campusdirect user with an active account received an email that encouraged them to finalize any ongoing courses, evaluations or modules on Campusdirect. This email also mentioned that any incomplete learning activities would not be saved and would need to be restarted in the learning management system. This email also explained the importance of clicking on the “Complete this course/activity” button after finalizing your online courses, evaluations or modules, for your data to be migrated into the system. This ensured that you were recognized in the system as having completed these courses, evaluations or modules. It is only at this point that the system recognized that you have fulfilled the training.
