Unfortunately youre too old for the transport discount, but you will still get your NEC. It might take a bit longer because we are concentrating on the 16, 17 and 18 year olds for the first few months. However, you can still use your Young Scot card in the meantime, to get great discounts, to prove your age and to access lots of useful services.
