Do you want to just be friends with girls or go out with them? If you just want to be friends, talk to people on MSN/FaceBook etc. Keep conversation light e.g. movies, music, school, friends, gossip. Be careful not to be too friendly though, e.g. talking all time, acting flirty, lots of compliments/hugging etc it’ll come across as flirting. If you’re trying to find a girlfriend, do pretty much the same thing, but talk to them lots and throw in flirty comments. Ask your friends if they know any cool girls that they’re friends with and ask them to introduce you. Or you could always find randomers on Social networking Sites.
