Everyone, beware of this property agent Saras, who is currently representing DTZ. She is a landlady-cum-agent from hell, and would agree to everything you want as long as she can secure the deal. Once the deal is sealed, she won’t attend to you, and will even allege that you’re “pestering” her, even though she is required to fulfil the terms of the Tenancy Agreement and her role as an agent and a landowner. The description of her: Lady in her 40’s, wears specs, appears mild and motherly but very deceptive, Indian, and lives in Toa Payoh. She’s in the Resale Division of DTZ.
