Minesweeper2: If we can figure out a way to reduce image sizes, I see screenshots becoming more prevalent in FAQs. We need to keep down our KB sizes, though, so the majority of people can download them. The more accessible your FAQs are, the better, so you don’t want to add so many screenshots that it takes forever for people to download them. We don’t like using images right now because so many people still use slow modems, but as technology gets better, it could become something that’s added to every FAQ.
