Make sure the vacuum lines going to the solenoid unit is installed correctly, and it should not be more than 3 feet long because boost response can be poor and boost spikes or surges may occur. Double check if you have the boost controller on the correct setting (WG=external wastegate, AC=actuator). The Dual SBC Spec S is only good for 17psi and under, and the rest of our boost controllers are good up to 36psi. For test purpose, set the boost controllerfs boost setting as 0 and the gain setting as 0. Now your car should be boosting stock boost or wastegate spring boost level. If your car is not boosting near stock boost or wastegate spring boost level at this point, something during the boost controller install was not done correctly or there might be a mechanical issue with your vehicle.
