Not enough chocolate in chocolate milk to really come forward, taste wise. If you are trying for something chocolaty, try adding cocoa to the biscuit dough and about the same amount of cocoa. I’d start with maybe 1/4 cup of each. You may have to up the milk by a tiny bit and add some more soda to counteract the added acidity from the cocoa.
