If you have to wear plain costumes when you first start how come I see really little kids with bright sparkly costumes, how could they advance so quickly? Or are the rules diferent for them?

Some people dont want to start in beginners, so this maybe why they have stoned on their costumes. Or it could be because they are excellent dancers and have made their way up into intermediates/champs. Or if they are in U6 champs/open they dont have sections so they can wear anything.
