If you have a membership with Air Evac and request service does a ground ambulance provide service as well?
If you call 911 and request Air Evac Lifeteam the 911 operator will dispatch a ground ambulance to the scene. The ground ambulance will determine whether or not the emergency requires a helicopter. If you call Air Evac Communication Center the AEL communicator will dispatch a ground ambulance who will determine whether or not the emergency requires an AEL helicopter.
