• The application that runs Red Book for PDA is called “HighWire Viewer.” Look for an icon on your PDA titled HWView. • Verify that your Palm screen is set to display All categories. • Verify that the HighWire Viewer application appears in the HotSync manager list of conduits (Left click on the HotSync logo displayed in the lower right hand corner of your desktop computer screen and select Custom to see this list).
