If we use Word files from the Lawlink site to produce documents, such Statement of Claim, can we save these as XML files to upload to JusticeLink eServices?

A Word file that is just ‘Saved as’ an XML file will not validate correctly if you attempt to upload it to JusticeLink eServices. All XML files must be based on the XSDs (schemas) and comply with the guidelines outlined in the technical overview document.
