Only those in the e-forms trial can submit forms electronically, and those who are in the e-forms trial must submit all their forms electronically (except under very limited circumstances). So, if you are an OCR filer and you bring in a defense attorney whose office is in the e-forms trial, the defense firm must make all their submissions by e-form—they will not be limited to the filing method you are using. However, they must file a “Notice of Representation” in order to be linked to the case.
