If we join the TR Sewer and Water District, what happens if the city wants to annex and/or install sewer lines in the all or part of the new Sewer & Water District?
Two main reasons for the city to install sewer in Target Range is to expand city limits and to increase tax revenues. The third reason of ground water protection is not a credible argument, (see below). City sewer allows for high density development which maximizes tax revenue per acre. All residences, especially those on large lots, will see significant tax increases if included in the city.
