If we havent done a formal self-assessment within the last 18 months, should we do that as part of the application process or will that be done as preparation for the capacity-building workshops?

It is not required to have a self-assessment. If you have completed one we are interested in the results and outcomes but it is not a requirement to apply for the program. Organizations that are admitted to the Learning Community will participate in an organizational assessment.
