If we don use the online draft room, is there a way to put in the draft results instead of just adding all the players to each roster?

Yes. You can do this by setting up the draft, then go to the Draft Room. As the commissioner, you can enter all the picks for each owner. So just enter the results in the order that the real picks were made.
