If we cancel the hire, or dont turn up – can we get a refund?
28 days notice is required prior to departure to cancel a charter. A $150 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit. Inside 28 days, written notice is required to cancel a charter. The vessel charter fee deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 7 days of charter incur loss of full charter fee, catering and wait staff costs. No refunds without exception.
