If we add CityWide Dental Care, would it change our benefits strategy and add cost?
No. CtyWide Dental Care is a service offered as an option to employees. Laundry pick-up and delivery, auto servicing and detailing, and grocery delivery are also services, not benefits. This is an especially attractive “concierge-style” service, one that is brought to the campus almost without cost because: (a) our affiliated dentists are providers for all of the PPO and Indemnity dental plans offered by our clients, (b) few administrative resources are required once CItyWIde Dental begins regular weekly visits to the campus, and (c) after phone lines and a power source are installed in a designated parking location, there are no continuing costs for the client.
