If Ubiquinol oxidizes in the air, is it still OK to pierce the soft gel and take the oil with food…and if so, would this not affect the efficacy of the Ubiquinol?

When a product is being manufactured an ingredient can be sometime be exposed to air for up to several hours during the processing. Piercing the soft gel and squeezing it over food which is to be eaten immediately does not create a problem as the exposure to air is still minimal.
