If TTN Students Order Items from the Bookstore, Can They Be Shipped to the Sites Via Campus Mail to Avoid Shipping and Handling Charges?

The general rule is NO. The General Manager at the bookstore said they have tried sending parcels to TTN sites through campus mail, but they experienced too much loss as a result of parcels being lost or damaged in transit. The bookstore now ships to TTN sites via UPS – 3 Day Select, as UPS provides both tracking and delivery insurance. But as always, there are exceptions made to every rule, so please feel free to call the bookstore at (757) 683-3404.
