If traffic increases in the area, how will emergency vehicles access Garrison Village in the event of an emergency?
A future traffic management plan is required and will be prepared in consultation with the local emergency services, the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Region of Niagara as part of the next phase of the project. The July 21 Traffic Impact Study only looked at whether the roads adjacent to the proposed festival site could handle the extra traffic on concert days.
