If three of our programs are 1st semester only, will CATE accommodate an exit code for “completion of the CTE course” at the MOY submission?

Yes. The exit codes apply to the BOY, MOY, EOY, and Student Course. If the student has completed the course then the exit code can be entered as W31 (continuing). If the student has completed the program the exit code can be entered as W32 (completed the CTE program).
