If there’s a death in the immediate family within 24 hours prior to the departure, thus not being able to attend, will I get a refund?
DelSol is a compassionate entity and we will deal compassionately when deaths occur in the immediate family, however a photocopy of the death certificate will be required in order to issue a full refund. DelSol has been organizing events for over a dozen years and occasionally we encounter an individual that will create any excuse in order to secure a last minute refund.
