• The free software is a good option if you are a proficient computer user and do not require any manufacturer’s support. • However, this free software was developed by the Swedish Talking Book and Braille Library and is not supported. If you have difficulty using the features, there is no help desk available. • Software packages purchased from Consumer Products and Assistive Technology (CPAT) are supported by the manufacturers.
