But in true emergencies, your primary contact person, therefore, is the vacation rental property host. If you have purchased our trip insurance, you may call the Travel Assistance Service at 1-800-243-2440 to submit a claim. Please note that insurance will only reimburse you for non-refunadable costs if the cancellation is for a reason which is covered in the policy. You can also call this number in order to ask questions or submit a claim.
