If a technical problem with the eFiling system prevents the court from receiving an eFiling, the court may, upon satisfactory proof, permit the filing date of the document to relate back to the date you first attempted to file the document electronically. Problems with your equipment, hardware or software, or other problems within your control generally will not excuse an untimely filing. See ORAP 16.35.
