If there is a reason to exchange proprietary information with the IPAWS CA testing body concerning my product, how will the information be protected?
Vendors whose products are selected for testing will be asked to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the IPAWS CA testing body, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), to protect proprietary information specifies how it will be protected. The NDA is legally binding to protect both parties and it requires proprietary information to be defined and designates use, exchange, and protection.
