Yes, any pending Clean Ohio AEPP farms may be included for Question 12A. In addition, any other pending easement offers whether through the Ohio Agricultural Easement Donation Program or through another program, may also be included as long as an attachment is included under “Attachment N” to show proof of the pending easement. An appropriate document that would demonstrate this would be a notice of purchase or notice of acknowledgement and acceptance of the easement.
