If there are no management fees or annual fees how does Y & C make money?

0

Only Y & C clients have access to purchase property with the firm. Our client contract offers three options for interested investors: • First property investment with firm – no cost • Premium client membership (access to unlimited property purchase for two years) – 300 USD • Exclusive client membership (Lifetime access to property purchase with the firm) – 500 USD After becoming a client our investors pay no yearly dues, portfolio management fees, or any other type of service charge. All monies given to the firm go directly into property purchase. Upon sale of a property, Y & C receives only a percentage of the profit from the sale. The percentage is dependent on the performance of our returns. Higher returns equal higher percentages. This model ensures that we are always working in our clients’ best interest, because it is in our own best interest. If our clients make a financial windfall we get paid well and if our clients fail to profit we don’t get paid.
