If the alias wasn’t created or doesn’t work, check version number. With version 2.1b the CD-ROM may be defective and you can call customer service at (800) 648-2970 for a replacement. If you have version 2.2 there is a known issue with the install and the alias, there is now a version 2.3 that fixes these issues.
