The AFCEE Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and the Contracting Officer (CO) determine whether the Contractor failed to meet the contract requirements, including non-compliance with contract-specified guidance document or templates. The AFCEE CO and Contractor’s contracting representative shall determine the proper decision/resolution and follow-on actions regarding contract non-compliance.
