If the Technate itself turned out to be undesirable could anything be done about changing it?
Yes! After all, the sovereign power of any area is the people of the area. A change could be made through a referendum expressing the desire for change. Before holding such a referendum, though, we would strongly suggest ‘that a workable alternative be ready for implementation should a decision for the abolition of the Technate be registered.
