If the stormwater utility fee is to fund Arlington stormwater related issues, why is it included in my City of Marysville Utility billing?
The City of Marysville provides water and sewer service to certain areas located within the City of Arlington. As a convenience to the City of Arlington, the City of Marysville has agreed through an Interlocal Agreement to bill those Arlington residents for the stormwater utility fee, collect the revenue and transfer funds to the City of Arlington for a nominal handling charge.
