If the reparation activity is being included under the Supervision Requirement, do YOTs need to specify the amount of reparation activity?
It is best practice to ensure that the court and the young person understand fully what the expectations of any proposal made to court would be and any resulting order made. It would therefore be appropriate to inform the court, where a Supervision Requirement is being recommended, just what amount of reparation will be delivered under that requirement.
