If by “in space” you mean “in vacuum with no other forces acting”, then yes, you could notice regular objects attracting each other gravitationally (it’s possible to measure these forces with precision instruments in the laboratory). If by “in space” you mean “in orbit, like an astronaut”, then not really: other forces like friction, air pressure, electrostatic forces, etc. (which arise mostly from the electromagnetic force) still tend to completely dominate the situation. The gravitational force is extremely weak.
