This can be accomplished by setting up a virtual resource that represents the 50 MW duct burner capacity. A physical unit of the CC train is selected to split off the virtual resource. The HSL of the selected unit will be reduced by 50 MW so that this capacity is not double counted. The virtual resource is required to be modeled in the EMS database and required telemetry for a split generator provided.
