Yes. Just Talk has a VOIP service that can offer significant savings while still complying with prison regulations prohibiting calls to cell phones, for third-party or relayed calls, such as the Arizona Department of Corrections order 1.4.2. To use the SIP VOIP service, you need a SIP VOIP ATA device or a SIP VOIP telephone, which can both be purchased directly from Just Talk Communications. SIP VOIP customers will only have one phone number and no calls are forwarded or relayed to another phone number.
