If the logo is trademarked can EngravedToLast engrave it on my bat?
EngravedToLast respects all trademark laws and requires written permission of use be supplied from the owner of the trademarked logo before we can engrave a trademarked logo. If such permission is requested by EngravedToLast you may simply send the written permission on the trademerk owner’s letterhead (including contact information for the trademark holder) via e-mail or fax (610-850-1317). Trademark logos include many types of logos such as NBL team logos and names, corporate logos and saymarks. If written permission is requested and not supplied you may continue to have your bats engraved with a non-trademarked logo, without a logo, or the order may be canceled with a $10.00 administrative charge.
