If the latch on the Wristag strap breaks, can it be replaced?
Yes. If your latch breaks simply contact customer service at Bluespan: 888-8-ionkids. We will promptly mail you a replacement Wristag latch. Replacing the latch is as simple as putting a new band on a watch. Instructions for replacing the latch can be found at www.ion-kids.com/wristag_latch.html.
