If the IAM gets into Toyota, what training do you provide as far as Union Reps, Stewarts, Grievance Procedure, Health & Safety, Womens Rights and etc?

A22. Well the IAM has a great Education Centre. We provide any and all types of training. Any training that people request, get it. We normally send people down to the Education Centre for a week to get the education they need. Until we can get them down to the centre, Canada has a gentleman by the name of Gord Falconer. He is the Canadian Education Representative, we will bring him down from Toronto to train anybody who needs it on any matter. We also have a lady by the name of Heather Kelley who specializes in Human Rights and Women’s Issues who will come in and train people on those matters.
