If the election is allowed to proceed, what does Centinela Valley plan to do to persuade voters to reject unification?
We understand that Centinela is proposing a Wiseburn Charter High School that would be administered by Centinela Valley. It is unknown at this time where Centinela Valley proposes the school to be located, how large it would be, what academic emphasis it would have, or if funding is available to construct it. A charter school cannot legally limit its enrollment to Wiseburn residents. Charter schools are open to anyone who wishes to apply, both within Centinela Valley and outside the district.
