In the Voter Menu, go to: 1) Maint., H) Miscellaneous, 3)Jury, A) Jury Selection File, B) Continue with New File F2 look-up at Device and select 3 1/2 Zip File and select “User Selection” (This allows you to chose the number that you want to increment by) The “Beginning Number” is the voter that you want to start with. “Increment By” is how many voters you want to skip between voters. ( exp every 6 voters) (picks up 6,12,18,24 etc.) “Total Number” is the total number of voters to select for the jury file.
