A1: Ontario Parcel mapping contains separate layers or themes for assessment, ownership and Crown parcels, depending on the area of the province. Where the assessment parcel definition is different than the ownership parcel, there will be separate and distinct parcel boundaries for each. Where the parcel descriptions are the same, the boundaries will be made coincident.
