If the course stops when the IMDG Code Amendment expires, what happens when a course is purchased close to the Amendment expiry date?
A new version of the course will be published when a new Amendment to the IMDG Code is published by IMO. This is one year ahead of entry into force of the new Amendment, which is valid for two years after entry into force. So courses activated at the start of the cycle will run for three years or until the re-sets have been used up. The minimum is one year for a course purchased just before publication of the next Amendment.
