Yes. The Part 1 Form for the Standard Products RFP simply provides the option for a supplier to have a portion of the information provided in the Standard Products RFP considered automatically for the REC RFP. However, a supplier that has submitted a Part 1 Proposal to the Standard Products RFP still needs to submit to the qualification of the REC RFP, including making a number of certifications that are different from those required under the Standard Products RFP. A REC Bidder uses the Part 1 Form and the Supplement under the REC Rules to submit its Part 1 Proposal and submit to the qualification requirements of the REC RFP.
