Yes, there are time limits for providing further information to us. They are set out in Practice Statement Law Administration PS LA 2008/5. If you are required to provide further information in respect of your endorsement application, you should provide it within 28 days from the date we request the information from you. This timeframe may be extended where you provide a reasonable explanation as to why you cannot provide the information within 28 days.
