No. If there is no automatic coverage provision in the policy covering the change, or if the request is for cancellation, the producer should mail the request to the Association office. A note should be attached to the request advising that the change is to an application recently submitted. Once the assignment is complete the Association will forward to the assigned company with the original envelope.
