ITP Release Management will ensure the managed infrastructure is ready to sustain agreed service levels during, and subsequent to, the implementation of a release. The ITP will only perform the Release Management process for internal ITP changes that include Request for Services (RFS), Transformation projects and hardware or system software changes due to incidents or problems.
