If students are in Toledo Excel and/or Young Scholars will the Toledo Early College grading scales prevent them from remaining eligible to participate in those programs?
Your student has to maintain the required GPA for those programs whether at Toledo Early College or any other school. However, it may be easier for your student to earn those required grades at other schools. The Toledo Early Colleges courses are based on a rigorous college preparatory curriculum. If students earn grades of Cs consistently, a Toledo Excel or Ohio State Young Scholars opportunity will be jeopardized.
