Should a user’s credit expire without a subsequent top-up or SIM balance is zero units, then there will be a three month grace period during which time no mobile originated (MO) calls will be allowed except to any zero rated services e.g. IVR Top-Up. This grace period will allow the user time to top-up the account with new credits.
